Papers must be prepared at the highest level of quality for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

All papers must be written in English.

The review process is single-blind, i.e. author(s) cannot see the reviewers.

The submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent referees.

The acceptance rate will be kept at 70%.

The similarity should be less than 25% including references.
